Miles is your typical looking Australian shepherd. She is a blue merle, sporting a few different types of colors. Those colors consist of black, white, russet-brown, & a bluish grey. The russet-brown covers her cheeks and two spots a little above her eyes. This color also shows up a little bit in her ears, but the inside of her hind legs is this color and some of her belly but as it reaches upwards it fades away into white. Her muzzle is completely white, it reaches up between her eyes and comes to a stop at a point a little past her ears. Everything not white or russet-brown is a bluish grey spotted with black. Her nose is also a mix of black and pink. Her chest is white along with under her chin, the inside of her front legs, and her belly and fades away midway down her belly to the russet-brown. Miles sports the usual bluish-grey everywhere else on her body. But, due to a dangerous past of fighting her tail is only a bob but she since she was young she has learned to deal with this. Her eyes are a gorgeous sky blue with a darker blue clouding out from the pupil. She also has scars on her legs from where they've been bitten and pulled in a variety of patterns and scars on her stomach that look like claw marks from where she also has been clawed and bitten.
Personality
Miles is a spitfire, her blood always running with fire and sometimes itching for a fight. She has a silver tongue, always looking to shoot some red-hot bullets in anyone's direction. There is no way you are going to get out of her line of fire because she will alter it just to follow her target. Once she is set, there is no getting her off something because she may very well be the most stubborn dog you could ever meet. Due to her past, Miles is a bit more flinchy when someone turns to her or approaches her and automatically will assume the worse. It is possible that she could grow out of these habits but that would take some time and some trust for her to do so. She does have a softer side but that it has been locked away for a long long time and it is likely it will never see the light of day again. Miles can normally be found attempting to distract her mind, be it persuading someone to get in bed with her or something else. Just something to ease the pain of the past and the scars that mar her body. She is no easy to package to handle and could likely be described as an onion. The outside shell will make you cry, but if you peel back enough layers you will find someone very nice inside because all she wants is to be shown some type of love.
History
Miles came from an incredibly bad past. A dog ring, they had a couple of females that would produce puppies that they would rise to be fighting dogs. Females were either sold or used for the same purpose. She, however, was a much different story. She was saw as a fighter, a strong soul with a will to survive among all the other puppies who didn't even complain when they were picked up and shown around. As she grew she had become more and more vicious, biting more people and showing more signs, signs of a good ring dog. The men trained her hard, harder than some of the males of her litter and even threw her into the ring with dogs bigger than her. Somehow, she always made it out alive and with not so bad injuries and always ended making the other dog look worse than her. There were a few dogs that were relentless, one damaging her tail so bad that the men had to give up some money to go get her checked out. It healed, however, and she was left looking as badass as ever. These fights continued on and on and on and on until one day, an older dog. A pitbull to be more specific managed to escape the hold of a handler when he was being moved cages and trigger most if not all of the handles on the dog's cages. At this point, she was a little over 2.5 years old. They were all a rampage, bolting for the doors and they all escaped. Unfortunately, a few were wrangled back, most escaped and she was of those few. But the downfall for her was that she had no idea what to do or how to live on her own. She hunted mice, stole food from garbage cans and picked fights with humans and tame collared dogs. Now, however, she has found that she can entice others into bed with her which serves as a pretty good distraction. Until this day, this is what she does. Wandering around aimlessly, looking for companionship.
